Important conditions for Bitcoin exchange

I transferred cryptocurrency, but did not receive my money

Cryptocurrency exchange transactions take place only after receiving the required number of confirmations in the network specified when creating a request. This information is also indicated on the payment page itself.

Bitcoin transaction is not confirmed for a long time. What does this mean?

Bitcoin transfers can be in an "Unconfirmed Transaction" status for a long time. Most often this happens because one of the transactions fails for a long time. According to the Bitcoin network rules, such a problematic transfer is attached to another block and subsequently goes according to the standard procedure. If this does not happen, the funds are returned to the sender within 1-7 days. Our exchange service, unfortunately, cannot influence the processing speed of such transfers. If such payment was delayed for a long time, then after it has been credited or returned to the sender the situation will be resolved by terminating or cancelling the order and refunding all money liabilities of both parties. The decision is made in each case separately.

My transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, but the request at the exchanger has already been cancelled. What should I do?

Sometimes this happens if the time to get the blockchain confirmation exceeds the time allotted for payment of the request. If the blockchain confirmation is received later than the payment deadline, don't worry! Contact a live chat operator or create a ticket and they will help you!

The status of the request has changed to "successfully completed", but I have not received funds to my account

What is the difference between the "Best" and "Fixed" course types?

Best Rate
The system looks for the best rate for you, however, the final amount to be received can be automatically changed in case of high market fluctuations.
Fixed Rate
The system fixes an exchange rate when you create an order, for the entire time you have allotted for your order. On average it is 60 minutes.

Why did the exchange rate change during the exchange process?

Basically, we have a fixed rate for directions, if the market is not experiencing sharp jumps in currency pairs. The system considers changes of more than 0.5% in a few minutes to be sharp jumps. In such cases the system switches to the "floating" exchange rate mode. We have implemented this mechanism to protect the service from rate jumps. Thus, the exchange rate can be adjusted both in your favor and in ours, depending on the cryptocurrency market.

I need a specific amount, how to exchange without changing the rate?

We also offer the ability to exchange without changing the rate, during the time allotted for the application. On average, this time is 60 minutes, which is more than enough for most transactions and to get the required number of confirmations (confirmations in the network). For this kind of exchange, select to switch mode from "Best rate" to "Fixed", in the exchange form. In this mode, the rate will be slightly lower than in the "Best rate" mode, to insure the service from sharp jumps. You, in turn, will receive exactly the amount that will be specified in the application.

With what type of exchange rate is it profitable to exchange?

If you are sure that the rate will not fluctuate significantly (by more than 0.5%) until you receive the required number of confirmations, then we recommend choosing the "Best Rate" method, as it does not include an additional commission covering our risks. With this method, you will get the most favorable offer.

Generally, try to use the "Best Rate" method for those currencies that are very quickly confirmed online and also do not tend to fluctuate highly.

What happens if I choose "Best Rate" and the rate changes more than 0.5% in my direction?

If this happens in the time allotted to the application and before the required number of confirmations, then an automatic recalculation will be made and you will receive more than the original application was due.

What happens if I choose "Best Rate" and the rate changes more than 0.5% NOT in my direction?

In this case, again, will be recalculated, but unfortunately, you will get less than what was originally specified in the order form. Recalculation will be made at the time of fixing a new rate from CoinMarketCap. The average time of rate update is 1-5 minutes.

Will the rate change after receiving confirmation online?

No. After receiving a payment confirmation (confirm), the system fixes the last rate and then the payment is made at it.

If the rate went up in my favor, will you send the amount more than in the original application?
